Morris Gottesman is a Senior Managing Director at U.S. Capital Wealth and the founding partner of The Gottesman Group. With more than 37 years of experience in the financial services industry, Morris brings deep expertise across both traditional and alternative investments—including real estate, private equity, and other private market opportunities—to provide comprehensive wealth management and planning solutions for high-net-worth families and individuals. His approach emphasizes thoughtful, long-term strategies tailored to each client’s goals and legacy.

Morris began his career at Shearson Lehman Hutton and later joined Prudential Securities in 2001, which merged with Wachovia and ultimately became Wells Fargo Advisors, where he served as Senior Vice President – Investments. In 2014, he joined U.S. Capital Advisors, continuing his focus on holistic wealth management and multigenerational planning.

A New Orleans native, Morris attended the Isidore Newman School before earning his BBA in Business from the University of Texas. He has since made Austin his home, where he remains active in his community and philanthropy, supporting a range of charitable and civic initiatives.
