James McDaniel has been recognized by Wealth Management Industry Awards as a nominee for the “Rising Star of the Year” for 2026. The rating was issued in June 2026 by Wealth Management Industry Awards. The rating was based on the period from January 2025 through June 2026. Wealth Management Industry Awards is not affiliated with US Capital Wealth, LLC or any of its affiliates. The rating was based on the following criteria: The Wealth Management Industry Awards are independently granted in recognition of business initiatives that enhance financial advisor success and help advisors create better outcomes for their clients. The program begins with an open nomination process for all categories which extends from February to May. Firms submit business initiatives either introduced or enhanced during the previous 18 months. Submissions are reviewed in June by a panel of independent judges with required industry expertise, looking at the submission’s innovation, scope and impact. From the pool of submissions, judges select finalists for each category. Each judge on the committee then ranks those finalists, with the weighted aggregate ranking determining the winner. Winners are announced in September. Participation in the rating may have required the submission of information by US Capital. US Capital did not pay a fee to participate in the rating. The rating is not indicative of future performance and may not be representative of any one client’s experience. No compensation was provided directly or indirectly in exchange for the rating, except as disclosed above.

The Barron’s 2026 Top 100 RIA Firms list is developed by Barron’s. Rankings are based on qualitative and quantitative data including assets, revenue, quality of practice, growth of advisor practices, industry designations, client retention, philanthropic work, diversity and size of teams, and compliance records.
