Kelly is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional and a Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) who joined U.S. Capital Wealth (formerly Legacy One Financial Advisors) in 2016.

Born and raised in Austin, he works alongside his father, a CPA, in their Wealth Management business where they help clients grow their assets, control their risk and plan for the future with a watchful eye on tax.

Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. Kelly is an Eagle Scout and believes in the values instilled in him through Scout Law and continues to serve the youth of Austin on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America Capital Area Council. He also holds a Texas life insurance license.
