Nathan Galloway is an Executive Director with U.S. Capital Wealth and the founder and lead advisor of Galloway Wealth Management. Since joining the firm in 2018, Nathan has leveraged his history to guide clients toward secure financial futures, with a particular expertise in employee benefits and retirement planning.

Prior to his transition into finance, Nathan spent 15 years at the ExxonMobil Baytown Refinery, where he honed his technical and negotiation skills. As a skilled craftsman, he completed apprenticeships as both a machinist and a millwright, and served as an electrical contractor. His hands-on duties included overseeing maintenance on critical equipment and collaborating with external vendors and repair shops. For eight years, Nathan held executive roles with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, culminating in his election as President of Local Lodge 12 in 2014. In this capacity, he represented hundreds of machinists, leading high-stakes negotiations that deepened his understanding of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including the ExxonMobil Pension Plan and 401(k) offerings.

A lifelong Texan with deep roots in the Houston area, Nathan now resides in The Woodlands with his wife, Tiffany, a nurse practitioner with over 20 years experience in emergency medicine. An avid sports enthusiast, Nathan and Tiffany spend much of their time cheering on their 3 children's diverse athletic pursuits, from baseball and football to volleyball, softball, golf, and cheerleading.
