Bert Foster serves as Managing Partner of the Georgetown office of U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors. Bert was a co-founder of Legacy One Financial Advisors. Bert has always had a very simple guiding principle: be the best at what you love. At age 28, Bert earned the CFP® certification and obtained the appropriate licenses needed to serve his clients well. Since then, he has helped numerous clients limit their debt, increase cash flow, reduce tax burdens, and manage their wealth. Bert believes that when people spend their lives working hard, they shouldn’t have to worry about retirement.

Bert attended New Mexico Military Institute as a Falcon Scholar and was nominated and appointed to the US Air Force Academy. He then studied Spanish and finance at St. Edward’s University, graduating magna cum laude with the School of Business Scholar’s Award.

Bert resides in Georgetown, TX with his wife Melissa and twins Allison and Braden. In his leisure time he enjoys fly fishing, bird hunting, golfing, coaching youth baseball and spending time with his family. Even with his busy schedule, Bert makes sure he starts every single day with snuggle time and breakfast with his twins.
