Sam Parker, Senior Managing Director | Certified Exit Planning Advisor

In his role as Senior Managing Director, Sam works with successful individuals, multigenerational families, corporate executives, and business owners to provided detailed financial planning and customized investment management advice. His knowledge of comprehensive financial planning solutions include complex estate planning and gifting, wealth planning, liquidity planning, retirement planning, and asset management with emphasis on dynamic asset allocation, hedging strategies, alternative investments and cash management supported by broad market and macro research. He is one of a small number of wealth advisors that holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation that focuses on helping entrepreneurs and business owners accelerate the growth of their businesses, manage a liquidity event and transition their ownership.

Sam has over 37 years of experience in financial the financial services industry. Early in his career, Sam was selected to serve his firm as a market director for UBS’ Central and South Texas markets. While in his role as a field leader, Sam was frequently recognized as a top 10 performer and received UBS's Connelly Award given to the firm’s top field leader for excellence in a leadership role. He is one of only a small number of individuals at his firm to be honored with this award.

Sam and his wife, Shelley have two children, Darby and Hudson. When Sam is not working, he can be found spending time with his family who enjoy traveling, wake surfing, and golf. He has served on a number of community boards and was active in coaching youth sports for both of his children. Sam has been a volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels for over 20 years.
