Macie Ballard | Client Service Associate

Macie began her work in the finance industry in 2022 when she joined U.S. Capital Advisors as an Operations Associate. She assisted in the day-to-day operations as well as supported the Client Service team by ensuring all services and requests were completed in an accurate and timely manner. In March 2023, Macie began working for U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors and joined the team as their newest Client Service Associate. She loves helping people and has enjoyed being part of this team. Macie serves all clients with enthusiasm, professionalism and strives to build strong relationships with both clients and team members.

Macie is an Aggie and currently resides in Pflugerville, TX with her husband Zach and their dog, Chief. When she is not in the office, Macie enjoys hiking new trails with their dog, trying new recipes, reading a good book, and going back to Houston to visit their family.
