Keith Hassan serves as a Managing Director of Corporate Operations for U.S. Capital Wealth. Keith works with senior management on firm initiatives to provide industry leading solutions and services for our advisors. He previously was the Chief Operating Officer of Laidlaw Wealth Management and joined U.S. Capital through its acquisition of Laidlaw Wealth. He has over 25 years of financial services experience having previously worked as a Sales Trader with a focus on Risk Arbitrage at Convergex, KCG and Morgan Stanley.
Keith graduated from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He is an active member of the Villanova Alumni community and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Villanova Financial Club. The club assists University students with mentorship opportunities and organizes social events supporting the University.
