Debbie Palmer is the Head of Branch Office Operations for U.S. Capital Wealth. She is an industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience in wealth management operations. Prior to joining the firm, she managed all branch operations for the largest Houston branch complex of UBS as well as its predecessor firm, PaineWebber. Debbie has been with U.S. Capital since its inception.
Debbie is holders FINRA Series 7, 8, 9, 10, 63 and 66 the NFA Securities Principle and Certification.
