David is the Head of Public Finance at US Capital, responsible for oversight of the firm’s municipal bond advisory activities. He has over 40 years of experience working in the municipal bond markets. Prior to joining the firm, David led all municipal bond trading, underwriting, and public finance activities for Coastal Securities, which he co-founded in 1991. Prior to Coastal he was a partner at Master, Sanford, Coon, Ward, and Holland, a firm which he also co-founded.
David graduated with a BS from Vanderbilt University. He has served on the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas, and was Chairman in 2004.
