Kelly Cooper, CFP®, CLU® | Financial Advisor
Kelly is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a CHARTERED LIFE UNDERWRITER (CLU) professional who joined U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors (formerly Legacy One Financial Advisors) in 2016. Born and raised in Austin, he works alongside his father, a CPA, in their Wealth Management business where they help clients grow their assets, control their risk and plan for the future all with a watchful eye on tax. Kelly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. Kelly is an Eagle Scout and believes in the values instilled in him through the Scout Law and continues to serve the youth of Austin on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America Capital Area Council. He also holds a Texas life insurance license.
Kelly and his wife Kami have two young children, Liam and Ella. His growing family occupies a majority of his time outside the office, but he enjoys sporting clays, golf, hunting, Cub Scouts and philanthropy.
